👋Introduction

👋 Wkil is a platform where companies build AI agents that work as digital agents: they read company data, analyze it, execute complete workflows, and continuously produce reports and alerts—not just a one-off automated reply. Built for businesses in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, with an Arabic-first, RTL-first experience.

What is Wkil?

Wkil is a unified workspace for building, running, and managing AI systems: agents, their knowledge, workflows, and the apps that connect them to your systems (store · CRM · WhatsApp…). You build an agent by choosing the right model, connecting a knowledge base (RAG), linking apps, defining its personality, workflows, and guardrails, then publishing, measuring, and continuously improving it.

Ways to build

  • Agent Builder — Create an agent without code: choose a model, write instructions, and connect knowledge and apps.
  • Agent Marketplace — Start with a ready-made agent (more than 60 available) and customize it for your needs.
  • API — Build and run agents programmatically and integrate them into your systems. You can combine these methods: start with a Marketplace blueprint, refine it in Agent Builder, and connect it through the API.

Platform anatomy

Wkil is not a single conversation response. It is a collection of connected resources inside a workspace:

  • Agent: A digital agent with a specific goal, personality, knowledge, apps, and workflows.
  • Workflows: Logic that turns a message or event into action (triggers → actions → classifications).
  • Knowledge: Searchable RAG memory from which the agent retrieves relevant passages to ground its answers.
  • Apps: Connections to external systems for reading data and taking action.
  • Files: Documents and media that workflows read and produce.
  • Deployment: Making an agent available externally as an API, conversation experience, or MCP tool.
  • Logs: A record of every run so you can verify what happened.

What you can build

  • Customer-facing agents: Customer service, WhatsApp responses, qualification, and handoff.
  • E-commerce agents: Product recommendations, cart recovery, order tracking, and returns.
  • Marketing and social agents: Performance analysis (ROAS), content strategy, and publishing calendars.
  • Internal agents (HR / Legal): Internal knowledge and contract or document analysis.

Apps

Wkil connects to the systems you use: WhatsApp Business API · CRM · e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Salla/Zid) · Analytics/BI · ad platforms · Email/SMS · Google Sheets/Airtable · Notion/Drive · Slack/Teams. For anything not built in, MCP support enables connections to external services.

No single-provider lock-in

Wkil routes each task to the best model based on complexity and cost, with support for leading model providers (OpenAI · Claude · Gemini and others), without locking you into a single provider.
