🌐 The Workspace Events trigger starts a workflow when an event occurs in a system connected to your workspace.

Event examples

• WhatsApp: A new customer message.
• Store (Shopify / Salla / Zid): New order, return, or abandoned cart.
• CRM: New deal or customer status change.
• Email / SMS: Incoming message.

How it works

Choose the system and event. The workflow starts automatically when the event occurs and receives the event data as input. This is the most commonly used trigger for production agents.
